"I wanna say Penny worked really good. She got me insurance even though it wasn’t her fault as expensive just the way this system I guess is set up and designed to make some people pay more is kind of corrupt, but I want to say then you did good and State Farm thank you sorry that your algorithms are in your risk management and teams aren’t always up-to-date on the right proper things. Hope to work with you guys more in the future thank you very much."

"Decided to leave State Farm, hidden fees that I did not know I was paying. Call several times to cancel the insurance and still kept getting charge. Insurance kept increases for no reason so I switch to GEICO. Best decision I ever made !"

"Horrible office to deal with. I called to file a claim and the agent told me I had to do it on the app. Thats what started the whole issue with my car taking over 3 months to be repaired. I called the office and left messages for Sandy to call me to talk about whats happening with my claim and sent her emails as well. This went on for 3 months. She finally called me back when I left a message I wanted my policy transferred. sandy claimed she was sick, I asked for 3 months as I left messages and sent emails. She had no answer, so I transferred to another agent. Had the person that answered the call and took my information like they used to, I wouldnt of had issues with State Farm sending me checks to cash then decide it was the wrong check and cancel it which caused issues with my checking account. I was on the phone for an hour with State Farm and the Supervisor clarified this whole issue started by filing a claim on the app. Who ever answers the phone over there needs to stop being lazy and help the customer!"

"I've been w SF for over a decade & im happy w my insurance costs but the customer service lately leaves something to b desired. Not sure if there have been staffing changes but I've never had to spend more time on the phone trying to figure out issues that r of no fault of ours; issues due to agents or staff not knowing what they are doing. I had issues when my son was moving out & trying to get his own policy & I finally had to call an 800 number for SF to get it figured out because my local office had no clue for 3 wks what the problem was."
